The Strength Game Podcast Episode #029: Arianna Luther
Arianna Luther is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami where she leads training for the Hurricanes women’s soccer, swimming and diving, and rowing programs. Luther had previous stops as an assistant coach at the University of Nevada and a graduate assistant coach at TCU. She has also completed internships with Temple University, the University of Central Florida, Montana State University, EXOS, and Lindenwood University’s strength and conditioning departments.
A former athlete on both the gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting teams at Lindenwood University, Luther continues to stay heavily involved in lifting even after suffering substantial shoulder injuries. She continues to train in Olympic weightlifting while diving into many other disciplines to improve her student-athletes’ training programs.
