Lucas White is the Assistant Director of Sports Performance for Football at Boise State University. Prior to his current position White has served as an assistant athletic performance coach at San Jose State University, a graduate assistant at Indiana State University and coaching assistant at New Mexico State University. He began his career as the head strength coach at FJ Reitz High School in Evansville, IN before jumping to the collegiate setting and interning at Mississippi State. 

White himself is a prime example of someone who practices what they preach and is heavily involved in training and competing in both geared and raw powerlifting as part of powerlifting teams such as THIRST Gym and Boss Barbell Club.
