The Strength Game Podcast Episode #037: Abi Goldberg
Abi Goldberg is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Temple University where she oversees training for the Owls field hockey, track & field, women’s cross country and spirit squad teams. Prior to her role she has also served as an assistant sports performance coach at Georgetown University and St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School in Washington, DC. Goldberg got her start in the profession after her undergrad interning at her alma mater, the University of Maryland, before joining the department as a part-time strength coach.
Abi is very active in training outside of her college teams, competing in multiple strength sports. Currently she competes in both powerlifting and strongwoman competitions.
