The Strength Game Podcast Episode #009: Mike Hedlesky
Mike Hedlesky is an Outreach Coordinator for the agency for Maintaining Active Citizens (MAC) working to help train caretakers of people with dementia and cognitive decline issues by training them to provide more effective help and obtaining additional resources to those individuals with chronic diseases and conditions. Mike is a competitive powerlifter, host of the Hamburger Trained Podcast, the NSCA Powerlifting SIG Chair and now farmer.
Mike is a well accomplished powerlifter with such accolades as being a 13x Arnold Sports Festival invitee, 10x IPF World Team USA Powerlifter and the 2013 Gold medalist in Deadlift at the IPF World Championships (115kg wt. class). He is also a former college football athlete and is the Maryland State MAS Wrestling Champion.
