Cam Williams is the Head Strength, Speed and Conditioning Coach at Seattle University where he primarily leads training for Men’s Basketball, Men’s Soccer, Volleyball, Softball and Rowing. He was a multi-sport athlete in college playing both four years of basketball and four years of indoor/outdoor track at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to being a former high school science teacher and lab technician, Cam is a lifelong athlete, avid training enthusiast and has previous experience competing in both powerlifting and strongman.
