Craig Miszewski is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Mental Performance Coach based in Sacramento, CA. A Strength Coach at Mini’s House of Pain in Sacramento, CA, Miszewski is also the creator of Aim Strong; a sports performance business providing strength and conditioning programming, mental skills training and positive coaching. Aim Strong’s purpose is to provide the opportunity to give athletes at all levels the tools they need to develop skills both on- and off-the-field.  Prior to his current positions, he has spend time as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at both the University of California, Davis and the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) working with various teams, in addition to interning with multiple other programs across the country including Georgetown University, Central Connecticut State University and the University of Albany. 

A former college baseball player himself at Springfield College, post-collegiately, Miszewski began challenging his own skills by training and competing in strongman, Highland Games and powerlifting.
