The Strength Game Podcast Episode #018: Trevor Williams
Trevor Williams is the Associate Athletics Director for Strength & Conditioning at Sam Houston State University, where he oversees over 450 student-athletes who compete across 17 varsity sports. At SHSU, he directly oversees the training for the Bearkats Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Volleyball and Golf programs. Williams arrived at his current position after two stints as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Delaware. He has also spent time as an Assistant Strength Coach at Georgetown University as well as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Potomac School in Washington, DC, after first starting his career at his alma mater, the University of Delaware, as an Intern.
A former University of Delaware linebacker, Trevor has competed in both strongman and push-pull competitions over his career.
