Episode #020: John Patrick

John Patrick is a Collegiate and High School Strength & Conditioning Coach. Patrick is a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach from the CSCCa. He’s held multiple positions throughout his career in the collegiate, high school and private sector of strength and conditioning. As a director he’s had stops at UNC-Charlotte, Kennesaw State, Central Connecticut, Youngstown State and Jacksonville University. Additionally he’s held graduate assistant coaching roles at Georgia Southern and the University of Texas at El Paso, has been an intern coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL, at New Mexico State, a minor league strength coach with the Cleveland Indians extended spring season and as an intern with the Detroit Tigers during spring training. He also spent close to three years as a general manager of SET Performance, an athletic performance facility located in Florida. 

In addition to his coaching experience, Coach Patrick competed for five years in arm wrestling and continues to train extensively in different powerlifting disciplines from single-ply, multi-ply and raw categories.
