The Strength Game Podcast Episode #021: Prince Williams
Prince Williams is the Head Football Athletic Trainer at Cal Poly. Williams owns a variety of professional career experience that expands across various levels of athletics. Prior to his current position, Williams spent six years at Cal State Monterey, six years as the Head Athletic Trainer at Harnell College (CA) and covered football, rugby and gymnastics on the Sports medicine staff at Cal. He has also worked with the NFL as an ATC spotter for the San Francisco 49ers during both the 2016 and 2017 seasons.
Prince is a certified strength coach, the Host of “The Hustle & Grit Experience” podcast, a columnist and published author for BreakingMuscle.com and sports medicine instructor and mentor. He holds two 5th-degree black belts in two systems and is an instructor/teacher in a weapons-based blade art called Eskrima. A former college football player, Williams is also heavily involved in bodybuilding and competes in powerlifting.
