The Strength Game Podcast Episode #027: Ben Hoffman
Ben Hoffman is the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning for Olympic Sports at the University of Maryland. At Maryland he oversees all aspects of strength and conditioning for men’s soccer and women’s tennis. In addition, Hoffman oversees and manages all athlete monitoring and sport technology operations, platforms, needs and research, as well as coordinating the sport science internship program for the Maryland Olympic sports performance department. Prior to his current position, Hoffman was a sports performance coach at Georgetown University and had stops at Webber International University, Valdosta State University and the University of Houston.
A four-year collegiate athlete in his own right on the Southwestern University soccer team, Hoffman now trains and competes in Olympic weightlifting.
