Justin Roethlingshoefer is the Founder and President of Own It System in addition to being the co-founder of Own It Coaching and creator of the Own It App. Justin has over 20 years of experience working with the best athletes in the world. Over that time he has worked in the NCAA, NHL, with Olympic national teams, and over 25 of the top brand name companies.
Justin has spoken at dozens of events, including the TEDx stage. He’s the host of the Sports Science and Recovery Podcast and The Own It Show. Additionally, he is the author of three books (Amazon bestsellers), including Intent: A Practical Approach to Applied Sport Science for Athletic Development, The Athletic Performance Blueprint and Own It. He also founded The Hockey Summit in 2015, which is an all-inclusive training camp for professional hockey players.
Justin himself is an accomplished and current athlete. A former college hockey player he continues to train and walk the walk, actively training and competing in both DEKA and HYROX fitness competitions.
